With over a decade of experience across education, child development and client-focused services, she brings a strong combination of professional experience, leadership and a deep understanding of the needs of children and families.
Aesha holds a BSc in Human Physiology and an MBA in Management from Coventry University, UK. Her academic background provides a strong foundation in understanding human development, while her management experience has shaped her approach to organisation, leadership and service delivery.
